Prioritization of Supply Chain Capabilities Using the FAHP Technique

With the great challenges that latest pandemic (COVID-19) has imposed on manufacturing companies, need to overcome and cope with such situations is becoming crucial. Supply chain resilience one of main aspects enables manufacturers change uncertainty; therefore, it essential develop capabilities necessary do so. This study aimed ensure supply in light COVID-19 through prioritizing capabilities. After surveying (30) experts from leading companies Jordan, a Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) analysis was conducted prioritize were derived related literature. The results this showed proactive capabilities, followed by reactive most dominant could resilience, while efficiency-based least significant. Therefore, should place their focus emphasis reacting more systematic manner.
